Getting Started
Before you can place an order, you need to register with the Ledgerline bot. This only takes a few seconds.
Before You Start
- You need to be a member of a Discord server that has the Ledgerline bot installed.
- Make sure you can see the channel where the bot is active (ask a server admin if you are not sure which channel to use).
Registering Your Account
Type the following command in the bot's channel:
/register
That's it! The bot creates your account and starts a new order session for you. You will see a confirmation message (visible only to you) letting you know you are all set.
If you already have an active session from a previous visit, the bot picks up right where you left off — no need to register again.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
When you register, the bot:
- Creates a customer profile linked to your Discord account.
- Opens an order session where you can start adding items.
Your session stays active for 30 minutes. If you step away and come back after that, just run /register or /order-start again to begin a fresh session.

Shared report links
Server admins can generate shareable analytics report links and post them in any channel. If you receive one, click it to view the report in your browser — no login required. The link expires after the configured period (usually 7 days).
